Pros

Very nice hospitable folks all around, lots of sincerely great immigrants

Cons

CTO is a lying, incompetent, ding-doing reliant on a whole layer of lying middle managers. They think FIX format can fix anything and 2x$15/hr offshore software developers can accomplish more than 1x$125/hr onshore dev. NOPE, don't understand how they're able to keep the lights on, Oki should show senior management the door.

Pros

Good work life balance. Remote work.

Cons

Bad management. Old technology. Very large bureaucratic structure where ratio between productive employees and deadwood decreases over time. No opportunity to get promoted. Racial discrimination where if you are white (not Cuban or not from India) you are discriminated.
