Experienced engineers. Good choice of technology. One can always learn new things.

Cons

Upper managers are very political, jumping from one extreme to another. Technology managers are not knowledgeable at all. They don't care about people. They try to accommodate themselves by saving on employees. Layoffs have become routine... but managers are not affected.

Narrow minded management unless you work in Florida expect your communication to be limited with upper management that matters. If this is your first job in tech support STAY Away. You will not grow your tech skills but become a workhorse to there own platform only
