Pros

Good place to learn cutting-edge technologies.

Cons

Lack of documentation makes it difficult to understand a lot of the product concepts. You should be comfortable with securities trading terminology. Bonuses are not paid in cash, but in company stock which does not fully vest for several years.

Pros

Great benefits, smart people. Management really cares about individuals and takes good care of them.

Cons

Upper management doesn't have a clear strategy. It seems like they were just going through the motions.

Pros

Friendly colleagues on site and in Plantation;

Cons

Pay is poor (so lots of turnover as good people move on). Benefits are uncompetitive. Facilities are squalid. Senior management in Richardson is one of the founders of the three constituent firms who is grandfathered in but well past his sell-by date.
