Pros

* Many remote / work from home opportunities * Average salary, though bonus structures can feel uncertain due to inconsistent management decisions and threats

Cons

Avoid the Brokerage Service Development department. The Senior VP leading this team fosters a highly toxic work environment. This 'leader' demonstrates limited technical expertise, minimal understanding of financial markets, and lacks prior experience in the industry. Collaboration is challenging, as independent thought or constructive feedback is often discouraged.

Pros

Pay is not bad. While most raises are a small range. If you are lucky to have a good supervisory (you have to put in the work and he/she sees that), there is room for a better raise.

Cons

Life and Work balance is horrible.
