It used to be good a few years ago Ever since the corporate raiders have joined and started offshoring everything to Costa Rica, it's become a nightmare.

Cons

Terrible management. No vision. This company will probably be out of business soon. They are in a big hurry to outsource the American jobs to Costa Rica.

Great pay, awesome benefits, company perks, most coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

The work is repetitive, the management is extremely nepotistic, they play favorites like it's their job. The amount of work you do isn't as important as who you're close with.

No opportunity to grow Management is the biggest joke They don't care about you (like any other corporation) which they make it known HR is definitely not your friend and will NEVER be on your side High turnover The software and technology is a complete joke, beyond buggy Plantation office is a filled with self centered higher ups
