      Pros

      You are certainly treated like a human at TradeStation. If you have to show up late due a kid's school performance or a doctor's appointment, the whole group is extremely flexible as long as they can prepare in advance.

      Cons

      Most of the work is tedious and promotions seem to be favored to those with relations to management in stead of performance.
