You will working in multiple types of Infrastructures, on-prem, cloud, SAAS, IAAS with multiple brand and providers, so the learning opportunities are great The company has great benefits, PTO and yearly bonus on top

Cons

you might find your self in different type of work intensity than other places, where everything is urgent and you may get unplanned work constantly Agile methodology is implemented across the company, even for teams that dont make sense to use it

Culture: You feel welcome and people are kind, professional, helpful, and talented. Competitive salary. Private Insurance: one of the best in the business. Small things: breakfast, gifts delivered to your home, etc. Referral program: you get paid by people joining TS. Extended PTO: you get more vacation days the more you work with TS. Great management: they've taken TS to the next level in the past few years. They care about the people working here. State-of-the-art office.

Something that's affecting every company: pandemic, not much human contact, as it should be of course.
