TradeStation is a company that has a lot of good benefits, with them it also help us to grow in our careers. There is a good work environment and there a lot of projects so you can continue learning new things

Cons

I think that the only problem I have seen is that it takes some time to be noticed since there are a lot of good employees

Environment is very good and friendly Salary is good Unlimited PTO in US, 6+ PTOs +paid obligatory vacations in Costa Rica offices Paid certifications Bonus according to performance is pretty good as well Private health insurance Full WFH

Cons

Career growth is very slow to be honest, I mean moving from one position to another or getting a good salary raise its also hard
