      Pros

      Good Salaries. Good Benefits. Good Trading platform, if you use it. Great lounge in the office. Lifestyle over substance.

      Cons

      They are closer to Havana than Wall Street. Most employees do not invest or trade and are not interested in the markets. Management is usually remote or generally invisible. Short on leadership. More worried about the beach, diving and the yacht club. Hypnotized by Cryptocurrency.

      Pros

      The better your technical skills are, the more room there will be for you to grow. There are many people that work at TradeStation that have young families & the benefit packages offered caters to those individuals.

      Cons

      Even when sick or on vacation, you never really have the ability to truly disconnect from work. Assuming on-call availability and or duty, is expected 24x7.

      Pros

      Great people, family atmosphere, good work/life balance Finally moving in the right direction with new management and a solid vision for the future. Getting back to more of a start up mentality where people are energized and working together across the technology and brokerage areas

      Cons

      Mismanaged for a long time (10+ years) with no direction or strategy which led to some poor investments and chasing ideas in a down market. Headcount increased to support investments that didn't pan out and downsizing to get back to a manageable size to be profitable has been very difficult and painful for the organization Long time employees still fighting against necessary changes that need to be made to grow.
