      Very nice work environment; great people to work with, monthly cakes for birthdays, WFH

      Cons

      Poor management, specially in Costa Rica office....Unfair and subjective performance reviews which results depend if you get along with your manager, if not, you are doomed.....the company demands extra time from you very often and generally is not compensated in any way

      NO ITIL, no standard procedures, worse management ever, they dont have processes for anything they just go with the moment
