      its like hanging out with friends all day and getting paid.

      Pros

      Fun, environment. Usually customers are happy to be there. Full benefits. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Depending on the store, your pay may not start out too high - and it transfers with you. It can take years to get good pay if you start off too low because of the corporate logistics for pay raises etc.

      Pros

      Fun people to work with. The pay is okay in smaller markets. Working with food is a lot of fun.

      Cons

      The Captains and Mates are never on the same page. The Human Resources people are horrible. They are not to be trusted. No matter how hard you work, everyone gets the same raise, which was just cut by 25%. I'm sure it was once a great place to work, but those times have passed.
