Pros
We all know the cliche of the overly nice Trader Joes worker. But by leaning into this and taking the opportunity to try and connect with every single customer (even the ones that I thought would never talk) I learned a ton about myself and how easy it is to connect with others if you are willing to take the first step.
Cons
Was a very difficult place to work at during the pandemic.
