They force you to quit

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Great job and benefits with potential.

Cons

Typically each round with new hires (or the excuse), they reduce your hours to barely a shift a week hoping you'll quit, management won't discuss it, they implement inefficient work systems, they claim that they encourage you to take time off and breaks but it ends up being used against you. You'll get a raise and then your hours are cut and crew members are scrambling to find shifts. It's terrible. More intentional turnover than a restaurant.
