People in the Michigan office were great to work with.

Cons

Upper management did not understand the people, since they were all new. The workers built the company, and then we got new management with the merger.

Pros

Laid-back environment. Everyone goes home at 5pm. Bagels, snacks and free drinks... It is kind of a high profile company, given the history and shareholders.

Cons

Lack of growth. Company is lack of growth. With many decades of history, international expansion is very limited. Individual is lack of growth, too. Very difficult to be promoted. You probably end up with the same title as you come in. Since everything is pretty stagnant, there is very little need to work hard.
