Unfocused company that doesn't care about employees

Pros

nothing that I can think of

Cons

-Lack of leadership and no clear vision or goals. -Below average pay, and lots of perks eliminated recently. -Very strict return to office policy, after previously communicating a switch to permanent work from home. -Old boys club mentality, operates like an ancient financial firm and not a modern tech company. -Have not felt heard or comfortable speaking up to my manager as a woman in tech.

Your review is very concerning - especially as it seems entirely inaccurate from the current policies and practices in place at Tradeweb. We have added many perks recently - including additions to our very popular healthcare benefits, mentorship programs, and engagement opportunities for our hybrid and remote workers (and those policies have not changed either.) Normally a good compnay to work for

Pros

Smart people, normally a reasonable work/life balance. Bagels on Fridays. Summer Fridays. Salaries and bonuses are good.

Cons

Work/life balance getting worse, turning into a sweatshop. Limited room for growth. Poor communication from management. No support for technical training.
