Pros

Tradewind is a GREAT company to work for. Excellent training program, excellent mentoring by a great group of core pilots who really know what they're doing and technically extremely knowledgeable on aircraft type, FAA regulations and know-how to get sometimes challenging jobs done. Can't beat the experience for furthering careers. Upgrading to Captain happens quickly to those that deserve it in their piloting and mature outlook skills. There is so much more to working at Tradewind than just flying an airplane. The experience teaches life and career skills. Tradewind knows how to look after it's employees.

Cons

You can always find something to complain about if you try hard enough. The many Tradewind pros far out weigh any con I could even possibly contrive.
