Pros
- Fast-paced environment meant never a dull day - Collaborative team effort created a strong support network - Constant personal interaction with colleagues, customers and suppliers If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is a great company to work for. There is a strong team environment and it can be a lot of fun. However, the expectation is that everyone works extremely hard so this job isn't for someone looking to do the bare minimum.
Cons
- Consistently under-staffed which led to unsustainable workload for new employees, creating a high turnover rate which perpetuated the issue of being under-staffed
