Former CEO was a great visionary, motivator, planner and people person. Current CEO is more analytical, a different style but exceptionally capable.

Cons

Revenue and EBITDA are set by people who are clearly living in a fantasy world and PE and CEO take them at their word, making life incredibly stressful. Similarly investment to grow businesses was spread too thin and decided by those who did not understand the business requiring the investment.
