Pros

Location.... literally, that is it.

Cons

This place is absolutely horrible. You feel like you are locked in a jail cell. All of the positive reviews were posted by the owners. If you want to feel like you are in pre-school again, then this is the place for you. You have to fill in the time you get to work, leave for lunch, get back from lunch, and leave for the day into an excel sheet. If you are late 3 times, say goodbye to your job. Think you can lie? You're wrong, they installed cameras to make sure you are putting in the most accurate time. Have to go to the Doctors office? Make sure you bring a note in. Want to leave to go get coffee or do a quick personal errand, good luck not getting yelled at. Management has no idea how to run a company and they don't care AT ALL about their employees, they only care about the big number. They tell you to lie to all of their clients because the results are not good. There are tons of agencies in the area that give you room for growth and freedom. Avoid this one at all costs and go find a company that actually treats their employees with respect. Don't believe me, search employees on LinkedIn and ask people their experience before wasting your time

Pros

Some of the people are pretty cool, and the location near Downtown is nice and convenient for lunch.

Cons

Traffic Digital Agency is run by three delusional individuals with a combined zero years of agency experience between them. Having never worked for an agency before, they have built a poorly-structured, sales-driven company intent on squeezing every last dollar out of clients by selling them services they don’t need while delivering poor results and overworking their dwindling staff. Since I have started, there have been no processes put in place despite numerous attempts to create them, lying to clients and “massaging” reports have been standard practice, and office essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and light bulbs have been gone for weeks without replacement. The building itself is so poorly insulated and heated that employees have to spend the winter wearing their coats, bringing in blankets, and using personal space heaters. Complaining about the cold is not allowed. Over the last month, nine employees have left the company because of the crippling office morale. Despite losing over half their staff, the Traffic management team continues to bring in more clients instead of improving the work for current clients. Now Traffic is trying to improve their Glassdoor reviews by bribing the current employees left into writing good reviews. Just read how they’re written and you can tell they’re fake. If you enjoy being lied to over and over again, cold emotional detachment from management, greed, and lisps, this is the company for you.

Horrible Management

Pros

There was, at one point some talented people working there. Only a handful remain.

Cons

Terrible management. Absolutely clueless. LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES! Clients are constantly lied to and you are expected to lie for management. Female employee's are treated terribly and are immensely underpaid. No heat during the winter, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, no bottles of water, and absolutely no benefits (including insurance). Management also positions themselves as marketing professionals, but it is clear that they have never done the actual work themselves and are completely clueless. Probably some of the worst marketers in the state of Michigan. Stay away from the lies, working at Traffic would be a bad career move.
