Thumbs UP! Traffic Plan doesn't treat employees like they're interchangeable, or just a number! There is no call center where you're put on hold and made to "wait" while they know you're actively flagging in the middle of a busy roadway. At Traffic Plan, if you have an issue, your supervisor is your direct contact to resolving the matter with you! From the jump, this company far exceeds other Traffic Control companies I've worked for, and those of us who have been in the field know how hard it is to find a company who values what we do and treats us with respect. Traffic Plan is one of the good ones!

No Cons, just as someone who knows the Traffic Control Industry - if you've never flagged before, it's important to understand that this kind of job works off of the needs of clients - that's something that new flaggers never understand.
