So far, so good.

Pros

The culture is great - your teammates are always willing to help answer questions and support each other. Team leadership is positive and provides coaching. Pay is fair and the recently updated comp plan has a lot of opportunity to make money.

Cons

It can be hard to find answers quickly if they're needed in a pinch. For instance, if a client has a question about the legal components of a course, you need to submit a form and wait a few days for a response before providing it to the client. Some processes aren't clearly documented, either. PTO is offered on an accrual basis, vs. being added to your bank up front.

Pros

I’m still early in my tenure at Traliant, but so far, the experience has been very positive. The onboarding process was structured, thoughtful, and well supported. I had clear introductions, defined goals, and access to the right people quickly. Leadership feels steady and aligned around clear priorities. There is a strong sense of respect across teams, and cross-functional collaboration is a real strength. People are responsive, engaged and open to ideas. Work-life balance is healthy. Expectations are high, but reasonable, and the flexible remote environment makes it easier to manage both work and life.

Cons

Like many growing companies, things can move quickly and priorities can shift. Some processes are still maturing so you have to be comfortable with change and a bit of ambiguity. The remote environment works well, but it requires proactive communication and relationship-building. Overall, it feels like a place where you can do meaningful work with smart, grounded people.

Cons

Still early in my tenure, I am continuing to learn processes and systems.
