      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home. Flexible working hours. Start with 3 weeks of vacation. Good tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Disgusting building (roaches, mice, etc.) Poor facilities (either way too hot or cold, no working clocks, broken chairs, no paper towel or soap in bathroom, extremely dated building. High workload, unresponsive and overworked management, understaffed with no intention of hiring more people. Poor communication between departments. Terrible maternity leave policies.
