Pros

My co-workers were great to work with.

Cons

Pay is far below average for other comparable companies this size. You will be over worked and under paid. I had to work an average 50-55 hours a week just to keep up with the workload. Zero training available to Project Administrators. The little training I was given turned out to be completely incorrect. Senior management outside the office allows the local management to get away with abrasive management style.

Pros

Beautiful campus, some very humorous coworkers, early start time. Passable pay.

Cons

Challenging to take breaksome or lunches, pay is low for level of detail, volume of work, and highly physical nature of the job. Archaic software, no training, mobbing work environment, out of touch management. No free water. Not a fun place to work, emotionally abusive environment, no transparency, no appreciation. Like a bad Friday movie. Run.
