Lots of customer interaction and sales calls, not a whole lot of projects, you get out what you put in it's a very free will kind of internship

Cons

Trane corporate makes you do some occasional conference calls and you get matched with another intern from a different office

The people I work with on a daily basis are very down to earth and committed to doing well as well as making long lasting relationships. Our focus on sustainability is something I am personally proud of.
