The work is easy (if you rise high enough in the ranks) - my colleague basically worked from 10:30-3:30 every day
Cons
What company pays you once a month? TT. HR won't return phone calls, emails, or any form of communication. They'll drag out any and everything. And payroll prone to making mistakes and not trying to fix them until months later.
