Met a handful of cool people to talk to.
Cons
Supervisors don't care about you. They pretend to in the beginning, but once "life" happens, they reprimand you. They go by favoritism. They keep lazy people around, and even re-hire them for employment when they've shown no commitment to the company. I had a series of unfortunate events happen to me, and took some time away. I reapplied, yet was turned down. I was a very hard worker, learned quickly, was able to be on my own and didn't require long training, quickly learned brazing and welding in addition to my assigned job; yet still I was made to feel unworthy.
