      Office Facilities are not comfortable and inviting , not looking forward to going to work and looking at crappy desk and furniture. still 80s.

      Expectations are usually not realistic.This leads to frustration and long nights at the office, resulting in eventual burn out.

      Ingersoll is a progressive company with a lot of advantages that come with working with a Global Company. There is opportunity to move to other business units to advance.

      Cons

      Along with the advantages come disadvantages. I always felt like the company was looking for a away to ether lay you off or find a way to sell your business unit. The best way to get a raise is to quit this company and come back. This is usual for large companies though.
