      Pros

      The company offers great benefits, competitive salaries, encourages continuing education. They offer flexible schedules and make an effort to provide work/life balance.

      Cons

      In HR there aren't many opportunities for advancement unless an employee is in the Accelerated Development Program which hires recent college graduates and moves them through the organization to management positions leaving tenured employees stuck in dead-end positions.

      Hourly pay for tier one employees.

      Cons

      •No communication from office to GM of department, from GM to floor supervisor, from floor supervisor to employees, or from shift to shift. •Hourly pay for tier two employees. •Treatment of factory floor employees. •Work/life imbalance.
