      Good pay. The employee are very friendly. The Ingersoll Rand days were the best days. You hired for talent and not check the box culture. After we become Trane Technologies to much focus on ESG- paradigm for parity rather than making Trane a world class Climate company .

      Cons

      TT is becoming a model for what a Woke company and culture should be! Promoting one gender at the cost of another gender. Great talent are leaving TT and under performers are taking their place. Focusing on gender parity rather than hiring for talent to get the job done. It is very evident on Davidson campus. This might be just starting downfall of TT.

      Pay was competitive at that time With the right boss, schedule was flexible.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what's going on - and they don't seem to care. They were choosing to hire less experienced, off-shore employees just to save money. Very negative environment The wrong people were give authority to make decisions over projects that they knew nothing about.
