      Pros

      Good benefits, there are some really great people there that know their stuff and work hard.

      Cons

      Too much disorganization at upper management levels that spills over into middle management and analyst level. In addition my immediate manager was a sexist buffoon micromanager who didn't actually understand what we were doing. Upper management was too disconnected to pick up on it.

      its a job. hours are ok. steady low pay. easy access to US 1 . has a break room with bare essentials. no cafeteria. lean six sigma.

      Cons

      this factory has employees who are obsessed with who is dating who. i was made to feel like i had to date someone in the company by other fulltime employees. the culture is very old school. very high turnover.
