      Work life balance, stable paycheck

      I am a dedicated, loyal, and hard worker. I would consider myself very bright, as well, and definitely a (former) asset of the company. I ultimately left because as much as I tried, I could not advance my career. I invested so much time and energy into this company and the interest was NEVER returned to me. I valued my job, worked hard, was a good role model, and was a person of integrity with all I did. My management, however, was not. About 6 months before I left, I uncovered data that had been falsified with the authorization of my boss. That was the final straw for me.

      Pros

      Diversity is important at Trane and the employees doing the actual work are very driven by the customer experience.

      Cons

      The high level management shows very little trust in those leading the business areas which trickles down to the employee level. This leads to a certain level of fear for the associates to raise concerns or offer ideas for change/improvement. In my time there, I felt the effects of gaslighting from leadership. It is a shame, this is a great company with great people doing the work, but the leadership seems to get in the way by pounding their chests showing how important they are

      There are no pros working for this company

      Cons

      I would NEVER recommend this company to work for. They are a profit only type of company and they don't mind putting their employees in jeopardy. The benefits are horrible and the pay is just above poverty level. In my 35 years of working I've never disliked a company or the way it manages itself more than Trane Technologies. STAY AWAY from this company!!
