      Great people to work with but downhill from there if you are considering IT.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Great immediate supervisor. Good opportunity to gain knowledge. Flexible work arrangements. Might be a good place to work as long as it's not IT.

      Cons

      Be very careful with what the HR recruiter promises you. Make sure the offer letter contains precise language (beware of statements like "you may get"). No bonus, 60+ hour work weeks, areas in IT frequently overlap and step on each other's toes. Poor communication from upper and middle management.

      Great benefits and (handful of) dedicated coworkers.

      "A" team players are leaving while local management team is oblivious and keeps marching on unrealistic "Takt" goal.

      The people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      You could see people work in development needs and change but people would still hold things against them years later. I saw this happen to a peer and it slowed her career progression.
