      Overall a good company, but keep in mind the corporate culture

      Pros

      Lots of room for growth, and new development within other business sectors. Competitive pay, promotions from within. Excellent health and benefits.

      Cons

      corporate culture can be overwhelming at times. Often you feel like a number in the system rather than a human. Local decisions are made from so far up the COC they can't begin to imagine the difference in theory and application.

      Pros

      If one avoids ITS Americas it is possible to encounter a decent culture within the company.

      Cons

      A toxic level of middle management exists within Industrial Technologies Americas Finance/Accounting. ITS Americas Accounting could not retain temporary employees let alone full time employees due to the dysfunction both in culture and work flow. These individuals are some of the worst human beings whom I have ever encountered.
