      Pros

      - company dedicated to increasing cash flow -- bottom line. Emphasis high on product quality, reliability, customer satisfaction and brand. Finally beginning to do better in the area of acquisitions. Ease of moving to advanced levels when openings occur.

      Cons

      Obsession with moving verticle manufacturing operations to outsourced vendors with a tendency to not care whether the propriety technology, designs are copied and leveraged by some offshore vendors. Beginning to rapidly displace employees

      Pros

      IR is a good company with many dedicated employees. They have a nice portfolio of quality, legacy products. They provide great benefits and treat the employees well.

      Cons

      Outsourcing the products to foreign countries is detrimental to the long term health of the company. Upper management is there to "check the box" and move up, not caring what carnage they leave in their wake.
