      -Told not to pick up kids and stay after working hours -Told to change vacation plans -Told not to go to the doctor -Told not to question ways of working as it is seen as disrespectful It is the type of company where honesty is dangerous. Your boss or your boss's boss may be petty and vindictive without you even realizing it. Overall very political and toxic environment. However, if you are a childless and opportunistic woman, it may be just the right place. The company has a target for how many women have to be in the workforce or in managerial positions. So the chances to be hired and promoted if you are a woman are higher than that for a male.
