Having potential but not there yet - too immature and unstable organization
Pros
Great remuneration, nice people and leisure environment, products with interesting concept, relatively frequent promotions and opportunities to move up with the title, relatively frequent team building events, fully remote or hybrid working mode, not really corporate and not heavy bureaucracy, option to work with Windows or Mac computer. Cool for software engineers.
Cons
Immature organization, poor leadership, half-baked products, no clear vision and strategy, chaotic management, uncontrolled growth followed by 2 layoff waves within 4 months, vague processes, bad onboarding without necessarily having someone to guide and support you, seems easy to get promoted but that doesn't necessarily go with true expertise growth that will make the person competitive on the market, crappy office, lots of merch made but not equally given to everyone to nurture a community feeling. Satisfactory for development roles, but poor for all others.
