      The company's organization has stabilized after important changes a few years ago and has good results. Good working conditions and salaries. Professional coworkers.

      Cons

      High pressure from current management (in Europe) to increase profitability has led a lot of good performing coworkers to leave the company. Too little care is given to evolution possibilities within the company (except for the senior management).
