      Pros

      Flat structure, Work-Life balance, Ideas are valued and the chance to execute them is also presented. Friendly employees, very flexible environment.

      Cons

      Difficult to incrase grade, people driven so luck matters, salaray not exceptional for my background. Company not growing fast so opportunities limited, lack of global exposure.

      Pros

      flexible and very open working environment. One can enjoy high degree of autonomy and feel quite achieved when accomplish something from scratch. very nice and friendly colleagues but can be quite sharp and aggressive during meeting The business unit is relatively small and thus enjoys high flexibility and moves fast. You can have more opportunities and exposures. The products are not traditional industry goods, kind of durable consumer goods or high tech.

      Cons

      it's flexible and fast paced like a start up. If you are someone likes to follow process then you will feel lost. You need to do something from scratch and you might be the one to develop a process. There are quite capable, hardworking and brilliant people while there are free riders as well. Sometimes you will feel demotivated.
