Pros
Good experience on ACMV, Cleaning, Electrical, Overhaul, O&M, Data Analysis and many others. All time best work life balance except for stand by duty period. Good for those with families. Can have company van vehicle and sponsored petrol. Mobile claim inclusive too.
Cons
Low salary range for Engineers, working 24/7 for a week per month with sleeping disorder issues, Engineers might have to work over OT hours for free during stand by, doing jobs not related to your department and have to entertain customer to help solve issues, not many social activities, a lot foreigners or converted to Singaporean, not many overseas job opportunities.
