Big time lack of training on the Operations side of the house. The upper level managers seem to have been over promoted and don't have much time or ability to train their people. Its a family company and the family members get the perks. Major lack of communication within the company.

Poor benefits and pay. Equipment condition was horrible. Owners of the company are very greedy. They don't invest in their employees. Most jobs are on a contract basis.
