Pros

Sounds good, but don't fall for it.

Cons

CEO and CRO are both prejudice against the women. Culture is toxic and there is zero stability. This is coming from a seasoned enterprise rep and founder of 2 startups.

Pros

Relatively positive atmosphere among fellow employees

Cons

Hyper focused on procedure and protocol, little top-down respect/appreciation for employees, not enough experimentation, meetings are too frequent and contain irrelevant content, pay/management structure is archaic, I thought the CEO was having an aneurysm during more than one meeting.

Pros

The speed with which decisions were made was excellent. They acted as soon as they decided.

Cons

Their Software Engineering Management is abysmal. They do not follow Software Development best practices. The management is constantly changing architecture and design while the coding is going on. There is no peer review and release and test are performed simultaneously. There is a complete absence of code documentation. It is written after the fact and there are absolutely no release notes. Testing is not supposed to be an afterthought or cutback when the schedule gets tight. It is an integral part of software development that needs to be planned and they perform no integration testing.
