Pros

Not a lot of flying at the moment

Cons

Company had hyped up a big pay raise and benefits, only to be let down. No pay raise to speak of for PICs. PTO/vacation are the same. The pay is far behind NJ, FJ and others. They threw in a few benefits but took away overtime and comp days. You will be only paid a daily rate when forced to work on your off days. Work on a holiday and you get 1.5 daily rate but no comp day. Taking away our comp days and forced to go to training on off days might equal the increase of 9 days PTO. Can only carry over (5) days of PTO

Top shelf chaos, toxicity and terrible managment

Pros

Nurses, do yourself a favor and avoid this company. It’s unprofessional from the top to the bottom.

Cons

Nurses, NPs, PAs and healthcare workers- If you’re looking for a change away from the bedside, then please look a few miles further. This company isn’t it. It’s not what they advertise themselves to be. I suspect most positive reviews here are from HR or management themselves. Every negative review you read here aligns with my experience. This isn’t the vacation destination you’d hope to find away from your hospital job. Protect your peace and pass this one by. Major toxic energy and favoritism at play. Micromanagement from the top to the bottom. HR is useless and there’s no confidential reporting systems in place.

Toxic environment fueled by favoritism

Pros

A few talented employees remain and genuinely try to do good work. Pay is consistent, and the stock price has gone up in the short term, though this mainly benefits executives.

Cons

This company is toxic from the top down. Leadership forced out the smart, capable people who built the company and replaced them with friends and insiders. Employee feedback is ignored, and speaking up often costs you your job. The environment is stressful, trust is nonexistent, and favoritism dominates over performance.
