Pros

There’s overtime for this who gain the knowledge to be of use. If your Spanish is weak here at the Austin locations you will improve your Spanish quickly.

Cons

Working the same orders through time will feel mundane. After you learn your area growth is but a slow and risky pathway few will take as a crate builder.

Flexibility isn’t everything

Pros

Flexibility, large company that provides lots of areas to gain experience in

Cons

HR has repeatedly mishandled sensitive confidential complaints brought up by multiple employees. In most cases the situations are made worse and cause work to become unbearable. TransPak pretends to value its employees when in reality appreciation is never shown and the bonus structure does not reflect the companies massive growth over the past 5 years. Certain employees are treated better then others and open company-wide appreciation is not shown unless you are a part of a certain group within the company.
