      There is not much to be said really.. they have a once per year picnic for employees which is good.

      there are none unless you are just moving through and need a temp position

      Cons

      Owners and upper management are not interested in quality - only the bottom line and if you do not agree with them you will shortly be gone

      Pros

      -Great leadership and people. Exec team is very approachable. -Becoming more progressive -Offers a unique set of services for a variety of customers (crating, rigging, logistics, industrial packaging, consumer/retail packaging) -Amazing diversity in work (from the very large to the very small, from industrial to consumer electronics) -Vastly improving benefits as the company grows

      Cons

      -With growth comes growing pains. -Though improving, still difficult to match many Silicon Valley companies benefits -Getting better, but still some disconnect between divisions (typical at most companies, honestly) -Growth opportunities within the company need to improve...but as we grow, this should help.
