good office location coffee machine & milk in the office, water

Cons

- Management is arrogant, looking down on employees - half of the office are smokers who run for a smoke break every 30 minutes - no career growth - managers "rotate" within their group. - and the most important thing is that the salary is like on a plantation, such salaries will be received by cleaners in the hotels, and this situation is happening in all departments.

Pros

Nice colleagues and good training systems. They do use different technologies for the work

Cons

No offer to work from home after pandemic even it works - they didn’t even ask for opinions. For such international company but not adapting to new working style, I’d recommend managers to give options if you want to keep employees. Training system is outdated and for some positions there’s no one to reach out to
