Pros

OK base salary (though probably depends on what you actually ask for at the interview); Helpful and nice colleagues, international environment; Get to know localization business from the inside; Good location

Cons

Mail overload - hundreds daily; Very repetitive deadline-driven work with no clear ending (no satisfaction from job well done); Low number of vacation days (minimum required by law); Low on benefits, low bonuses; VERY process-driven (to ridiculous extents); Project managers are always the "bad guys" when anything (anything) goes wrong; No place to rest in the office, and you'd feel bad about "doing nothing" anyway; Usually no thank you for doing the job well, for numerous unpaid overtimes, and being pro-active and actually trying to change something, while bashed for minor errors or overlooks. Even if there is a rare thank you, it won't show on your salary or bonuses, so the only motivation for good work is avoidance of criticism. Managers say they care about employees, but they are overworked and snappy, and only (harshly) comment on mistakes or overlooks as a result, and enforce minute processes way too strictly and blindly (we had to desperately laugh sometimes)

Pros

Quick and easy interview - check out the cons to find out why

Cons

-All the management cares about is money. They do not treat you like human but like a robot. Each month there is a report showing how much money the company gained based on your work and it is the only factor taken into consideration during evaluation. Only quantity counts, they turn a blind eye to the quality! -Ridiculously low salaries as for Amsterdam - lot of unpaid overtime hours -Management has no clue how to manage both the company and people -Unpaid overtime everyday. If you leave the office after 8 hours which you have in the contract, you may be accued of demotivating the team. -TLs have no people management background -Do not take for granted everything you are told during the onboarding. Even you you follow the rules and policies, managers are not respecting them -You will take part in a rotation program meaning each employee is obliged to stay longer for a week and clean up the kitchen after work. By the way cleaning service is paid only for once a week so please expect emails to CLEAN TOILETS. -Very high turnover - Empty alcohol bottles in the kitchen, next to the rubbish bin, is the usual Monday morning landscape

Pros

NONE. Honestly this is just a company that instead of caring about their employees they just care about getting more contracts to fill their pockets and that is it

Cons

No Respect, they are abusive, you can take all kinds of calls they check your performance and they pay you nothing for all the work that you have to do. they demand a lot from you but they dont commit to you in any sort of way
