      Terrible pay; small start-up company; disorganized; lack of ownership; sales team seems to drive everything.

      A lot of full paid half days off

      Cons

      Management are clueless, never any chance of a raise even though the company boasts about record highs in revenue, management never respond, and when they do, they don't know what they are talking about. Probably high.
