Pros
Most of colleagues were nice. They were the only thing to keep me alive there, because we realized we were in the same bad situation.
Cons
- This company pays really low salaries and the only ones who can have some money are the friends from the director. They were every 10 minutes out for cigarettes, gossiping and making money from the rest of the employees. If you are not friend from them, you have no chance here. - Nepotism is part of this company too. - Also the joke bonus: I worked my last months here and I was expecting my quarter bonus, which it wasnt paid because I wasnt director's friend.
