Pros

If you have an insane drive, do not mind working 100+ hour weeks for $40k in pay, and have a voracious appetite for cold calling, you can be one of the very few employees who climbs the ladder fairly quickly.

Cons

* A factory - they recruit and hire entry level college graduates and burn and churn them until they either give up or get promoted. When I was there, there was a 90% turnover at the account manager level * No yearly performance review process in place * No management training, so whoever you are reporting into will likely not care about your development there or even know how to foster your growth * Insane hours with minimal pay up front * Gives false expectations to everyone they hire about the potential for career growth

Pros

Access to big, long-term projects; opportunities for overtime; good entry-level pay.

Cons

No proactive offerings of salary increases or other benefits to contract workers, even for those working on long-term projects (projects lasting more than a year). Managers are sometimes unprofessional.
