Main benefit is to work in large international company. Software teams are distributed but well organized. Interesting projects for developers.

Cons

Slow management, salaries, during covid company lost some key people. Working conditions should be better.

Pros

You get to learn all aspects of a business. I've learned skills here that have significantly helped me in my career and leadership is always there to support you.

Cons

The hierarchy of pay is tricky. You have to be at the company about 4 years to see a significant pay jump. Products mostly sell themselves though so if you have a good work ethic you can hit your goals.
